Static Mixers

Both components in a two part system are dispensed into the mixer. At each mixer element the flow is divided and turned 90. When the material reaches the end of the tube it is thoroughly mixed and ready to apply. Due to their low cost the mixers may be discarded after use, saving time and solvent costs.

Scales

Do you wonder if your epoxy ratio is correct? The proper epoxy ratio is very important if you are to develop the designed strength and performance of your fiberglass layups. We have used OHAUS scales in our shop for more than 20 years and have found them to be the best product available for the money.

Spraying

Many of our machines can be equipped with this spraying option. Our simple control system allows an operator to easily achieve a uniform spray pattern, and disposable static mixers allow a quick and simple clean up.

Agitators

Our flow through agitator solves the problem of additives settling out in gravity feed drum systems. Your material is agitated along a shaft by an air or electric motor as the drum lies horizontal. This allows for a gravity feed into your meter mix machine.

Laminating Roller

Efficiently Dispenses epoxy directly onto your large wet lay-ups. Internal and external feed rollers available. Purge system is available for fast easy clean up (mixers can be reused).

Rotary Table

Considerably less expensive than XY system alternatives, our Rotary Table option offers the ability to dispense materials on circles from 24mm to 155mm in diameter.It is an excellent value for filter end cap gluing applications.
