In the mid ’90s Michael Engineering’s Super E changed the face of urethane casting by offering real performance at a reasonable cost. Since that time, we have continued to lead the industry with simple and reliable equipment for casting urethane, epoxy, and silicone. We offer equipment to economically cast small parts of a few cc’s up to very large projects containing hundreds of pounds of resin.

• Super EA benchtop sized production machine capable of 3lb/minute output.
• Pro MeterThe big brother to the Super E. Capable of 8-10lb per minute, about one gallon per minute.
• Compact Perfect FlowA double acting, super duty metering machine capable of 18lb or 2 gallons per minute. Hydraulic power available for large parts or closely controlled flow rates.
• Max FlowA double acting, super duty metering machine capable of 45lb or 5 gallons per minute. Hydraulic power available for very large parts.

Casting Options

Most casting jobs are best served with the base dispensing machine and an appropriately sized set of reservoirs or drum feed. Vacuum degassing and heaters are beneficial for some jobs.
