Resin Infusion

Michael Engineering offers a wide range of epoxy metering equipment perfect for vacuum bag
and resin infusion molded composite parts.
For the heavy-duty hobbyist metering with a Sticky Stuff Dispenser and hand mixing can be an
efficient way to quicky get glass, Kevlar, or carbon fiber wetted out.
For larger aerospace or marine projects, the Compact Perfect Flow will feed 18lb/minute of
mixed material. The Max Flow will produce 45lb/minute. Material can be fed from bulk tanks,
55-gallon drums or IBC totes. Heaters, electronic ratio monitoring, and level Controls are
available.

The Compact Perfect Flow is a double acting, super duty metering machine capable of 18lb or 2
gallons per minute. Hydraulic power is available for large parts or closely controlled flow rates.
Ram Feed is available for paste materials.

The Max Flow is a double acting, super duty metering machine capable of 45lb or 5 gallons per
minute. Hydraulic power is available for large parts or closely controlled flow rates.
